Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Temple

Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Temple

As a truly international city, Dubai is home to many religions, beliefs and houses of worship. For the 50,000 Sikh residents of Dubai, the completion of the Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Temple in 2012 signaled the arrival of a spiritual and cultural home. Located at Jebel Ali Village and open to the public, the Guru Nanak Darbar is a multi-story facility surrounded by a 54-metre Parikarma (a pathway for circling the temple while engaged in prayer) that's covered with traditional grill work and adjacent to a pond inspired by India's Golden Temple.
